The Health Assessment is a voluntary assessment and not mandatory. The Health Assessments is done every 2 weeks.

- Weight.

- Height.

- Age.

- Body Fat %.

- Viscera Fat.

- Muscle Mass.

- Physole 1-9.

- Bone Mass.

- BMR. 

- Metabolic Age.

- Water %. 

- Muscle Mass.

The cost for the Health Assessment is R250.
